Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- Typical delivery time frame is 1-3 business Days (please allow extra time during sale periods)
- All orders are dispatched with Australia Post, DHL, Couriers Please and TNT
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We give authority to leave parcels if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the following:- Proof of purchase (order number)
- Item/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- All items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. We suggest you try your items on as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return them during the accepted returns period.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all their tags attached.
- There are strictly no returns, exchanges or credit notes available on any of our lingerie briefs, due to hygiene reasons.
- For all swimwear briefs and one pieces you must try the garment on with underwear. The swimwear briefs and one pieces must be returned with the tags and protective hygiene strip in place, nothing that the item will not be accepted for a return or exchange if either of these things have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear. To maintain hygiene standards we are very strict with the application of this rule, so please ensure you follow these requirements.
- Any item purchased during a sale period (explained further below) is not eligible for a refund.
- Any purchase made during our annual WAREHOUSE SALE is final and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS CONDITION
Any items you return must be- Unworn, minus being tried on
- Unwashed
- With tags on
- Free from marks or stains, including deodorant marks
- Free from odours
- Bikini briefs and one pieces must be tried on over underwear, and have their hygiene strip intact
- Ready for another busty lady to take home!
Unfortunately if your items are returned in subpar condition, we will be unable to accept them. You will be charged for the cost of the item, and it will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
It is the customer's responsibility to pay all fees and charges to return your goods to SALTY & SASSY We would love to offer free returns however our little business is not large enough to absorb this cost yet. Thank you for understanding. We recommend you check your size prior to ordering and perhaps avoid having to return your garments.
FAULTY ITEMS
We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. In accordance with Australian consumer law SALTY & SASSY will repair or replace a faulty item subject to the below terms and conditions:
- If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@saltyandsassy.com with your order number and images of the fault so our team can assess the concern and arrange a repair or replacement if the item is deemed faulty;
- Please note an item is not deemed faulty where any issues arise as a result of fair wear and tear. It is your responsibility to care for your garment according to the instructions on your garment tag and our website. This includes rinsing it with cold drinking water after swimming in chlorine or salt water, not dragging your garments across rough surfaces
